At Black Mamba Chilli, we want you to enjoy every spicy bite; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a replacement or refund.

Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement hot sauces at no additional cost.
